Creating a Build Warrior/Mesmer (Why are you hitting yourself?)
Ok im a little pressed for time... and I'm having trouble, so I was looking for some help in creating a build. I'm not sure if it's original or effective, but here we go.
Basically I'm trying to create a tanker, that gives enemies a taste of their own medicine. If you wanna hurt me, you're sure as hell going to pay. The idea is to have to Armor and stamina of a warrior, and use skills form the mesmer profession such as Clumsiness, Backfire, Empathy,
or even Ineptitude{E} to deal the damage back, so while your warrior is in there slashin away, and getting beat on, we are creating what I call the "banging your head against the wall effect". How frustrating is it when every time you attack, it's like kicking yourself in the nuts?
Now before i get insulted and some1 calls me a retard keep in mind this...I'm not an expert and I'm wasted
So if you could help me develop this build, I'd very much appreciate it, or if you could relate to me a similar build.

It certainly has it's place. It's not a particularly effective combination, since the enemy is going to be attacking you whether you are a warrior or not, and any mesmer can make the enemy take damage for attacking you...
However you will be good at disabling people, and nobody will be able to do a whole lot about it because you will be difficult to kill as a warrior especially if you focus in tactics.
With the right skills, I think a Hammer/Tactics/Domination build would get really annoying :P

Indeed. You have to realize that as a Mesmer, you have to quite a ways into the game before you unlock some really good skills. The same is true with Hammer, making that Hammer/Domination build rather difficult to pull off.
The one reason that people go Me/W rather than W/Me is energy management. 20 energy with two pips of regen is very hard to play a Mesmer's whole repertoire off of. Your only hope as a Warrior primary is to get your hands on a set of Gladiator armor as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would honestly go Me/W and go Rogue armor.
I honestly don't think you can be a great primary tank going W/Mes. However, you would make an excellent support fighter with the Domination spells you listed. Follow the primary into combat, cast at his called target, then join him in pounding the enemy.
If you want a Warrior that makes hitting him a bad idea, run a W/Mo build with Smiting and run Retribution. I think that's the easiest way to get what you want, plus you can effectively tank.
This is going to sound really screwy, but for that Hammer/Domination build, I would go for a type that can lock an enemy down rather than hitting you. Combine Battle Rage with as many Adrenaline-based knockdown skills as you can. To top it off, throw in either Shatter Enchantment or a few Interrupts [like Power Leak and Power Spike].

Im going War/Mes, but focusing on Sword and Illusion, with Fragility. Stack up a bunch of conditions and have Fragility help up your damage. Victory is Mine seems a natural add to the build. Sever, Gash, Hamstring, Fragility, Victory is Mine{E}, Savage Slash, Illusion of Weakness, and something else (Phantom Pain maybe). 11 Sword, 10 Illusion, 10 Strength, + runes. Might work.
Another option might be an odd I-weaponeer build with Flurry and defensive skills from Tactics, but youll be hurting for energy. Illusion + Tactics + Inspiration might help with that though. Spirit of Failure or or Wary Stance seem naturals in that build. Do a 10/10/10/6 build and actually be able to use your weapon when I-weapon is down could be amusing too.
Just thoughts.

Theres just so many options when going Warrior/Mesmer. My lvl 15 Warrior/Mesmer has focused on Inspiration with Ether Feast which was ok. Then he focused on Domination with Empathy, Backfire and Hex Breaker. Rarely had enough mana with that variant. Now hes focused on Illusion using Phantasm and Hex Breaker. Hex Breaker fends off one Hex which is very useful. It only costs 5 Energy so i try to cast it nonstop whenever its breaks a Hex. Phantasm costs 10 Energy which is affordable and is great in combination with Sever Artery.
Theres so many possibilities, but most are restricted by the Warriors low amount of Energy.
